Training

The Mahindra Group's vision is to 'Develop and nurture future business leaders' of the Mahindra Group.

Being a part of this large conglomerate, Mahindra First Choice Wheels Limited too provides a congenial atmosphere to work, learn and grow. The Company conducts various programs to train their employees. The Mumbai Superstore has a well-equipped training centre where most of the employees are fully trained.

The training is at three levels. The first level is Product Training. The second level of training focuses on Company operations. The third level of training involves imparting Selling and Procurement skills to employees.

We encourage personal growth. When the employee grows, so does the company. That’s why our training programs are designed towards enhancing the competencies and skills of the employee.
