When it comes to features, the Mahindra Nuvo Sport flaunts a well-designed cabin with upholstery of decent quality, a well laid out dashboard with a multi-functional steering in the top-of-the line variants along with an infotainment system. It is also the only other SUV besides the TUV 300 that comes with a 7-seater setting.

If you are looking for upmarket features including a touchscreen infotainment system with Smart Play and Apple Car Play with navigation, keyless entry with push button start, cruise control, cooled upper glovebox, sliding front armrest and a reverse parking camera, the Maruti Brezza is a wonderful choice! As far as safety is concerned, the car is equipped with a driver side as standard, including front passenger airbags and ABS with EBD as an option even on base variants.

Talking about the engine, the Mahindra Nuvo Sport is powered by 1.5 litre diesel engine. An AMT gearbox is a major addition to the drivetrain. Transmission options will also include a 5 speed manual gearbox. If you want to go for Maruti Vitara Brezza, you will be at a pretty advantageous position as it is powered by a single 1.3 litre DDiS diesel engine that produces a maximum of 88.5 bhp and a peak torque of 200Nm. A 5 speed manual gearbox will perform transmission duties.

Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza

The last half a decade or so has witnessed the rising popularity of the sub-4 SUV class of cars. The appeal f an SUV, coupled with sporting dimensions give them an edge. Besides, the buyers can also enjoy excise duty benefits make them extremely practical purchases. Maruti Vitara Brezza was the product that made its foray into the automobile market when the makers could not ignore this booming segment.

The Mahindra Nuvo Sport was another new entrant in this segment, which made it all the more interesting. As far as looks are concerned, while some might prefer the subtle cues of the Vitara Brezza, others may be more inclined towards the bulky and flamboyant design of the Nuvo Sport. In terms of only size though, the latter is definitely larger and more intimidating than the Vitara Brezza. However, going by the popular opinion, Mahindra Nuvo Sport, despite scoring high on space and ride quality, still has a lot of rough edges and falls behind the Brezza interims of features, engine and handling.
