All about the newly launched Renault Lodgy World Edition
French car maker Renault has recently introduced the all new top of the line model of their multi purpose vehicle (MPV) Lodgy which they have tagged at a price which goes up to INR 10.40 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The Lodgy comes with an interesting styling where the front face looks like any modern MPV while the rear end of the car looks slightly boxy, forming an impression that the design of the car has taken back seat to make most of the space and utility of the car. However, the unconventional tail lamp design and the embossed logo of Renault add that premium touch to the rear part of the car. Renault has offered a lot of chrome touches to both of the front as well as the rear portions of this car to make it more attractive.
The Renault Lodgy comes with a bigger wheel base compared to the Innova, which indicates more cabin space. There is sufficient room in the first two rows and even the third row is spacious than most MPVs in its segment. It is available in seven seat or eight seat versions. The interiors of this car has got elegantly styled dash with chrome accented AC controls. To ensure safety of the occupants, this car comes loaded with features such as ABS with EBD and brake assist, engine immobiliser. Other features include electro-hydraulic power steering which can be tiltes as per driver’s convenience, front HVAC with cabin filter, headlight On reminder, a 12 volt socket at the first row etc.
'Lodgy World Edition' has been developed with twenty five upgrades to its exteriors as well as interiors and will be offered in both 85 PS and 110 PS versions at an introductory price tag of Rs 9.74 lakh and Rs 10.40 lakh, respectively (ex-showroom Delhi).
